MISO Central 2023 Capacity RFP - HMPL HANN KIRK

Description: Request for two products of MISO Central Capacity. Consortium of 3 municipal utilities located in Hannibal, MO; Kirkwood, MO; and Henderson, KY. Requests: 1. Up to three years of MISO capacity, with 10 MW (minimum) up to 50 MW for MISO Planning Year beginning June 1, 2024. MISO ZRCs should be located in LRZ 4-7. Conforming bids are allowed from bidders without EEIs with all 3 so long as they provide template capacity confirm with their proposal, and have term of 2 years or less. 2. Five or more years of MISO Capacity, with 10 MW (minimum) up to 60 MW. Conforming bids must have EEI finished or substantially included. Offers must be Capacity-only in LRZ 4-7.
