Kindle Energy LLC - Magnolia Power Generating Station RFP

On behalf of its subsidiary, Magnolia Power LLC (“Magnolia Power”), Kindle Energy LLC (“Kindle”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit bids for the sale of capacity and/or energy, either bundled or individually, from Magnolia Power Generating Station, which is under construction in Louisiana (MISO Zone 9) and scheduled to come online in 2025. Interested bidders should provide their "Notice of Intent to Bid" along with Kindle’s non-disclosure agreement (linked below) by September 1st. Please note that this RFP is being independently administered by GDS Associates, Inc (“GDS”).
