GDS Associates (“GDS”) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) to solicit bids for the sale of an existing capacity hedge contract from Kirkwood, MO (“KIRK”). Kirkwood wishes to assign said contract for its full contract period of MISO Planning Year (“PY”) 2025/26 through PY 2026/27. Volume is 10 MW ZRCs, flat for all seasons, MISO Zone 4.
